The Fueling Unit (also known as an Integrated Jet Fuel Dispensing Unit) is a highly efficient and convenient aircraft ground refueling device, fixedly installed at the aircraft stand.Through the integrated design of modules such as the filter/separator, flow meter, controller, and static safety device (grounding system), it provides functions including fuel dispensing, fuel filtration, metering, pipeline flushing, and pipeline pressure relief. Aviation fuel is delivered to the fueling Unit via the fueling pipeline and is then transferred to the aircraft after being filtered and separated. The system enables automated management of the refueling process. Users can easily set parameters via the LCD operation panel, monitor the refueling volume and equipment status in real-time, and utilize the data transmission function. The system is equipped with multiple safety devices, such as explosion-proof valves, emergency stop buttons, and anti-leakage devices, to ensure safe and reliable operation.
