    • Pop-up Fueling System

The Device is an embedded (in-ground) fueling system. It is installed in the underground space directly beneath the aircraft's fueling port and features a lifting function, enabling point-of-use operation for fueling tasks.
Through a universal joint fueling arm, it can rotate flexibly and adjust its height to easily connect with the fueling port, accommodating the fueling requirements of different aircraft models.
Through the integrated design of modules such as the filter/separator, flow meter, controller, and static safety device (grounding system), it provides functions including fuel dispensing, fuel filtration, metering, pipeline flushing, and pipeline pressure relief. This ensures safe and efficient aircraft ground refueling operations.

Timeliness of SupportCoordination with the refueler (fuel tanker) is required in advance for the aircraft ground refueling operation.Fixedly installed on the side of the aircraft stand, it is available at any time for aircraft ground refueling operations.Embedded (in-ground) installation directly beneath the aircraft fuselage provides a shorter operating distance, making aircraft ground fueling operations more convenient, time-saving, and labor-saving.
Ease of OperationHose connection is laborious and requires multiple operators.Connects to the aircraft via a mobile, folding articulated pipe (boom), allowing for easy, single-person operation. The universal (articulated) refueling boom connects quickly to the aircraft, offering greater convenience and allowing for easy, single-person operation.
Operational SafetyThe fuel tanker (refueler) alongside the aircraft is the greatest source of risk.Fueling via pipeline (or "pipeline dispensing") ensures high operational safety. The universal (articulated) fueling boom is stowed (folded) within the pit body and rises effortlessly when needed. Fueling is conducted via pipeline, ensuring even higher operational safety.
Fuel Quality SafetyThe double handling (or two-step transfer) required by the fuel tanker increases the risk of fuel contamination.Fuel is dispensed directly via pipeline, eliminating the risk of contamination caused by transfer (or handling). The universal (articulated) fueling boom is stowed (folded) within the pit body. Fuel is dispensed via the shortest possible pipeline, ensuring higher safety.

Through its embedded (in-ground) design, the Pop-up Fueling Unit achieves point-of-use aircraft ground fueling services directly beneath the fuselage, making it more efficient, more convenient, and safer.

It can be installed in outdoor aprons, runways, and other areas, allowing for greater flexibility in the placement of refueling equipment.

    Features

    1. Embedded (In-Ground) Design
The refueling unit is installed embedded within the apron's underground space. When needed, the equipment simply rises to the surface to complete the operation, enhancing support efficiency.
    2. Powerless Lifting Design
It utilizes a mechanical counterweight balancing lift mechanism. The principle is simple, highly reliable, maintenance-free, and offers a long service life.
    3. All-Hard-Pipe Refueling Arm Design
Provides high reliability and a long service life.
    4. Universal Joint Design
Adopts a multi-joint, universal swivel connector design, allowing the refueling height and orientation to be adjusted dynamically (follow-up adjustment), ensuring convenient and flexible operation.
    5. Integrated Design
The miniaturized design of the filter/separator and controller, combined with a highly integrated structural design, achieves the optimal integration of the refueling unit within an extremely compact space.
