    The oil testing instrument (Holographic Rapid Testing System for Lubricating Oils) is a device used to analyze and evaluate the quality of lubricating oils. It is widely applied in industries such as petroleum, chemical engineering, aviation, automotive, and shipping. This instrument can rapidly detect various physical and chemical properties of lubricating oils, determining whether they meet usage standards and thereby ensuring the proper operation of equipment and extending its service life. 

     

     

    Principle

    The oil testing instrument (Holographic Rapid Detection System for Lubricants) proposes a monitoring approach—viewed from the perspective of tribology—that characterizes the wear and lubrication conditions of mechanical equipment from three aspects: wear, physicochemical properties, and contamination. By conducting measurability analysis, it establishes an integrated monitoring technology that combines online ferrography sensors, viscosity sensors, and particle-counting sensors, enabling comprehensive, real-time monitoring of the evolution of tribological conditions in mechanical equipment. Building on this foundation, by collecting full-lifecycle monitoring data from mechanical equipment, we have developed algorithms for data cleaning and trend analysis, thereby providing early warnings of potential equipment failures.

    A single sampling can simultaneously collect multiple indicators covering lubricant wear, physicochemical properties, and contamination levels.

    The error compared to offline equipment test results for viscosity and contamination levels is less than 10%.

    With a built-in rapid detection strategy, the device can achieve a repeat detection rate of 2.5 minutes per sample.
    4. Visualized wear information
    Visualized wear particle analysis provides numerous characteristic parameters and comprehensive characterization, enhancing the effectiveness of wear analysis.
    5. Separate pipeline design
    This design meets the different sampling flow requirements of various sensors, reducing mutual interference among sensors.
    6. Simple device operation
    After replacing the oil sample, automatic data acquisition enables analysis of all relevant indicators.
